Chronic pain, stress, or just in need of some “you” time? These small group sessions are 100% for you!
Hanna Somatics Education is a gentle practice designed to increase range of motion as well as reduce chronic pain. Restorative Yoga is a complimentary gentle practice designed to soothe the nervous system while you rest in a fully supported position. Both practices can easily be done at home with minimal supplies, all things you already have around the house.
I have found that small group sessions are best, as I can directly speak to any students needing adjustments or modifications. All sessions open with an optional check-in to go over any pain, stressors, or questions. From there, we will move into a 20-30 minute somatic practice based on Hanna Somatics Education. We’ll close with a restorative yoga posture to drift off into a blissful state of peace.

Small Group sessions run 4 consecutive weeks with the option to early renew for the next session to keep your preferred time before opening registrations to the public.
